Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using HTML6 Games (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.
2. The Service
The Service offers free web games you can play in your browser without installing anything, and gives members record saving, cross-device sync and rankings.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy to create an account.
- Signing in with Google means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for your account and may not transfer or lend it to others.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Creating records by cheating, such as manipulating scores, using bots or exploiting bugs
- Disrupting the Service or sending excessive requests
- Impersonating others or posting offensive, hateful or promotional nicknames or comments
- Anything that violates the law or public order
5. Records and rankings
- Rankings show your nickname and best scores publicly.
- The operator may delete records made by cheating or inappropriate comments, change an inappropriate nickname, or restrict your use of the Service.
6. Changes and interruptions
The operator may add, change or remove games and features, and may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or unavoidable reasons. Important changes will be announced on the site.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time on My page. Your account and all records are then permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided free of charge. Unless caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for lost records or damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
